BTS' Namjoon, Jin, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook and J-Hope have been discharged from the mandatory military service. Now, they are waiting for Suga, who is yet to be discharged, and is reportedly completing his military service this weekend. In a recent interview, J-Hope opened up about their band's upcoming plans, once they reunite with Suga.
J-Hope talks about BTS' plans after military discharge
J-Hope appeared on MBC's variety show Point of Omniscient Interfere (The Manager), to promote his new song Killin' It Girl (feat. GloRilla), where he spoke about BTS' upcoming plans. As per allkpop, the rapper wonders if BTS members will have the same chemistry when they will work together after their military discharge.
While talking about Namjoon, Jin, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook, he said, "When I was discharged, I had mixed feelings. Now that all the members are finishing, I wonder if we’ll still have the same chemistry when we work together again." He feels both "anxious and excited."
J-Hope on their album, world tour
The 31-year-old singer also revealed that they are planning to gather and discuss their album and also a group world tour. "We’re trying to prepare as quickly as possible. Since BTS is all about performances, we’re also planning a full group world tour," he said.
BTS' recent reunion
Recently, the BTS members excluding Suga, reunited after almost three years, at J-Hope's concert in Seoul. Jin and Jungkook even joined him on stage, and the others danced in the stands. The brief reunion made ARMY go gaga over their chemistry.
BTS' military service
Jin was the first member of BTS to join the military service, in December 2022. He was discharged in June 2024. J-Hope was discharged in October 2024. Namjoon, Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook were discharged last week.
Fans are now eagerly waiting for their reunion and upcoming projects.
