Swasya Living is a farm community that integrates nature, community, and personal well-being. At a time when urban life is pushing people to seek deeper meaning, cleaner air, and a reconnection with their roots, Swasya is positioned as a sanctuary for purposeful living. Located in Sakleshpur, this eco-conscious 37-acre coffee estate offers a new perspective on second homes for individuals and families seeking more than a weekend getaway.

A New Approach to Luxury: Living with the Earth

Today luxury is being evolved. No longer limited to glitzy interiors or amenities, it now speaks to peace, space, sustainability, and intention.  reflects this evolving concept by offering an experience focused on ecological balance and mindful design. Set within expansive greenery, this gated community enables individuals to own a curated piece of farmland while enjoying the benefits of a fully managed, tech-enabled agri-living experience.

Every aspect of Swasya’s design reflects a focused on conscious choices from permaculture principles that guide land use, to rainwater harvesting systems, solar energy integration, and zero-waste farming practices. The land is managed using natural methods, avoiding harmful chemicals and supporting regenerative agriculture. The tech-enabled farm management system enables owners who are not full-time residents to monitor and engage with their plots remotely, receiving updates, yields, and insights via a dedicated app. Swasya focuses on sustainable living.

Swasya Living has six cows on the farm, allowing for in-house production of ghee, milk, and butter. With 50 beehives, the community also produces its own honey. A 3-acre kitchen garden ensures a steady supply of fresh, organic produce. All cooking at the farm is powered by fuel from a biogas plant, making the process entirely sustainable. Additionally, Swasya Living is exploring innovative agricultural practices such as polyhouse cultivation, hydroponics, saffron farming, and aquaculture.

Where Purpose Meets Community

What makes Swasya apart from typical weekend retreats or resort-style homes is its focus on community and collective purpose. The founders designed Swasya as a living ecosystem where people who care about wellness, nature, and meaningful connections can come together to build homes and a lifestyle.

The community is home to like-minded individuals: CEOs, entrepreneurs, artists, healers, and families who want to disconnect from noise of the city to reconnect with what truly matters. Weekend workshops on soil healing, permaculture, indigenous food, and sustainable farming foster both knowledge and community bonding. Nature trails, fruit orchards, rain-fed lakes, and open green courtyards offer opportunities to slow down and engage with the natural world.

Swasya also provides a vibrant community life that extends beyond farming. From yoga sessions and music evenings to children's nature camps and organic cooking demonstrations, the programming is designed to nurture the mind, body, and soul. This is more than a second home; it provides a chance to embrace a more balanced lifestyle.

Building a Regenerative Future

At the core of Swasya’s philosophy is regenerative living. This means going beyond sustainability to actively restore and nurture the land. The project team works with soil experts, environmentalists, and native plant specialists to ensure the land produces clean, chemical-free crops and replenishes itself and supports biodiversity.

A feature of Swasya is the focus on native species and seasonal crops, encouraging residents to understand and respect the natural cycles of the earth. From amla to banana, pomegranate to jackfruit, and turmeric to ragi, the farm produces a diverse range of healthy, native produce. The idea is to return to food as medicine and to understand where our nourishment comes from. Even the architectural design of homes follows an eco-conscious blueprint. Earth blocks, rammed earth walls, terracotta tiling, and cross-ventilation techniques ensure minimal environmental impact.

The connectivity and ease of access mean that it's a weekend home and a lifestyle that can be integrated into daily or weekly routines. Farm-to-table Concept

Swasya also introduces a different perspective on investment. This is more than land ownership for appreciation or aesthetics; it’s a return on values. It delivers emotional fulfillment, ecological impact, and financial prudence. As interest in sustainable living continues to grow globally, projects like Swasya are positioned to become valuable assets in a changing world.

The produce grown on each owner’s plot can be consumed by them or shared within the community. Farm-to-table living is practiced as a lifestyle. From organic vegetables and medicinal plants to seasonal fruits and native herbs, Swasya supports holistic well-being from the ground up.
