The much-awaited Kingdom (Hindi title: Saamrajya) trailer was unveiled yesterday (July 28), at an event in Tirupati. The trailer is filled with not just intense action but also many emotional moments. Vijay plays an undercover agent who is on a risky mission.
Sharing the trailer of Kingdom on social media handles, the actor wrote, "We built #Kingdom with fire in our hearts. A @gowtam19 action drama with an @anirudhofficial score. Today, I give you the trailer. Let it hit you like it hit me (sic)".
Deverakonda is introduced as a prisoner, and is later revealed that he is an undercover operative, who is on a high-stakes mission, which is also personal. He must unravel a crime syndicate which is led by none other than his estranged brother, who is one of the most wanted criminals of the country.
The scenes between Vijay’s Suri and Satyadev's Siva is packed with great chemistry which gives deep and meaningful feel to the film.
Anirudh Ravichander’s music is top-notch and the score enhance the scenes. The music sets a tone for Kingdom’s emotional and narrative arcs.

Deverakonda shared that Kingdom brings "fire, rise and powerful emotions together." "Always admired Gowtam’s craft and he’s done a fantastic job. I’m sure this will be a proud new feather in our cap this July 31," he said.
Director Gowtam Tinnanuri added, "Kingdom is a feeling that hits you, makes you smile and lets you leave the theatre with a great feeling."
Jomon T. John & Girish Gangadharan have done the cinematography, while editing is done by Navin Nooli. The film has been produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas and Srikara Studios. It is presented in Hindi by Aditya Bhatia (Adwise Movies) and Atul Rajani, and distributed by AA Films across North India.
Alongside Vijay Deverakonda, and Satyadev, the film also stars Bhagyashri Borse, Manish Chaudhari, and Baburaj in supporting roles.
Kingdom will hit the screens on July 31, 2025.
